Hello People,
I swore I would never do this. I swore I would never blog. I hate blogs. I hate people who have 12,000 friends that they have never met. Though it is probably a good idea that they never meet, parole violations can be such a downer.
So, why the blog you ask? Well, UCLA has partnered with Greystone Mansion in Beverly Hills to create a specialized internship program that will focus on the restoration and redecoration of the servants quarters at the Mansion. I know what you're thinking, "but where's the porn?" Sadly there is no porn here. But I can get pretty hot and bothered over some good Chinoiserie. I strongly recommend that. You'd be surprised what good lacquer work and soft lighting will do to a person...
This blog is to document the evolution of our design (but mainly mine), the success of this program (but mainly mine), and perhapse most importantly, the asinine situations that arise when five (or six, depends who you ask) people are thrown together and expected to work in close proximity with little to no bloodshed. Good times.
So, I guess all thats left to say is let the fun begin.
